Celebrating 13 Years - Introducing Alphabet Solid and Background Blocks Waves
Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Welcome to day 3 of the Uniko 13th Birthday February Release introductions. Today myself and the Uniko Brand Ambassadors are Introducing Alphabet Solid and Background Blocks Waves. Hopefully you have hopped on over from HERE, the start of the hop and where I have given a little introduction.

Let's see what I've made today.

You know I love a rainbow and these wavy stripes were calling for rainbow colours! When I had completed the process of masking and stamping each colour using my stamping platform, I set to working on what to pair with it.

As you can see I opted for the Bright Butterflies clear stamps. The coloured waves kind of look like butterfly trails to me. The sentiment I used is from a stamp set being introduced later this week.

Next I went for a Background Block and Alphabet combo, to make a simple HELLO card.

With the colours I selected, Blueberry and Dove it has a lovely masculine feel to it. I turned the block landscape and stamped it each side of my card base. I knew not much would show with my sentiment panel, but I love the effect of only seeing part of the pattern.

To get my sentiment straight I used a ruler and pencil to draw a faint line so I knew where to stamp each letter.

With being on a masculine theme I thought about other stamps to use with the Background Block. I instantly thought of Nautical Treasures. I usually don't like to use products that are out of stock, but with the NEW Notify Me When Back In Stock Feature, I thought I could as you can now let me know what products you are after!
To stamp the background I used a set of Altenew colours to get the lovely ombre effect with minimal thinking! The ease of having four shades of the same colour in one set makes it super easy.
Yes, I stamped the boat a little wonky, but maybe the sea is rough - haha! I was almost tempted to stamp, fussy cut and adhere the boat, but that would have hidden a lot of the background. I finished my card with a combo sentiment from Simply Said Blocks and Simply Said Blocks Occasions
I have one more card to share using these products that I have made during todays video, so be sure to hop on over HERE to watch on Uniko's YouTube channel.
Don't forget to hop on over to Izzy to continue the hop.

Until tomorrow, Crafty Hugs
