Hello & Happy Thursday.

Today is international cat day & I thought that I would make a purrfect card using our Mid Century Modern Purrfect Day Clear Stamp Set. Plus, I had a question about how I made this card below using the Stencil - Mid Century Modern Shapes.

So I have combined the two to make todays card, plus I made a video showing how I created the shaped rings. It's now available to watch HERE on Uniko's YouTube Channel.

Let's have a look at the card I made during the video.

The rings are created by making a mask of the smaller version of the shape. Place the mask on your card and then the large stencil shape over the top and ink. When you remove the mask you'll have created an inked ring.

I did this for each of the shapes that I have inked in Sunflower, Spiced Cider and Parsley inks.

I used the solid cat from Mid Century Modern Purrfect Day stamped in Dove ink and fussy cut out and adhered using foam tape. I finished with the sentiment from the set and a trio of enamel dots.
