Happy Tuesday.

Welcome to day 1 of the 14th Birthday February Release Introductions. Today myself and the Uniko Brand Ambassadors are introducing a new Background Block. And I think you are going to love this one as much as you loved the Christmas version!

Both of the cards I made were part of the 14th Birthday Stamping Retreat, and I think they were a hit by the response to placing pre-orders for the stamp! Let's have a look at what I made.

First up I went for clean & simple, colour and glitter!

You can really go to town with this stamp and have some fun with colour, pattern and pairing it with other birthday themed products.

For my second card I dug out and dusted off some patterned paper!

My stash of 12x12 papers have been hiding in a corner of my studio, that was hard to access. I recently had a change around and moved some furniture and found them! It was like buying them all over again, the excitement and wonder looking at all the pretty patterns and colours - haha!

I wanted to go for a more masculine look to my card, so chose these Basic Gray papers. It's quite a time consuming process stamping the block and fussy cutting each of the letters.

BUT, I love the result. I used an old Stampin' Up! card colour too. Who remembers Bordering Blue?

Isn't this stamp so much fun?

Bev – love this stamp. And your cards are just fab. Brilliant rainbow and sparkle on the first, but it’s the second that I just love – perfect for a guy! I can see me shopping this weekend :) x
