Introducing... Stencil - Ink & Flip Delightful Diamonds
Hello & Happy Thursday.
Welcome to day 3 of the April 2025 product introductions. Today I am excited to introduce a new version of my Ink & Flip Stencil concept. This is a fun all over pattern that when flipped creates a wonderful diamond pattern. There a lots of ways you can use this stencil, and it will also pair lovely with so many previously released products.
Let's have a look at how I used it today...
It's almost become tradition that I give the rainbow colour treatment to every new product I release! So it had to be done to this new stencil.
For this I used to shades of each colour, using one shade of each on one side of the inking, then the other shade once I cleaned and flipped the stencil.
It's been ages since I used the inlay die cutting technique, so I dusted off my Designer Dies BIG & BOLD Happy and these rainbow colours and diamond pattern made me happy. I adhered the die cut back in place with my usual 1mm thick foam tape and added the Birthday from Everyday Sentiments.
For my second card today I went with the usual two colours, one for each side of the flip, I chose Aqua Sky & Oceanside.
I then embellished my card with the Hope Your Day Sparkles sentiment from Sparkle Sentiments and added a trio of diamonds from Background Builders Diamonds, finishing with a few sparkly rhinestones.
You will notice that the large individual diamonds from Background Builders Diamonds are the same size as the stencilled ones, I think this will make for some fun combinations.
