Color Hues Inspiration with Julie
Afternoon folks. It's a new month and a new colour pairing from Color Hues.
I've used a simple die cut paper mask and some DI inking to create a shades of orange focal point on a panel of white card.
I used 3 different shades, Dried Marigold, Spiced Marmalade and Carved Pumpkin, adding the colour in circles light to dark, around the mask blending as I went, to create the glowing effect. T
he foliage silhoutte is from the Happy Days (retired) set, which I stamped in black and then heat embossed in clear EP.
I find this a lot less messy than trying to get black EP to stay where you want it!! A simple sentiment, Simply Said, completes.
